dudes, just buy the dough from the bakery. all you have to do is let it rise by itself...and it will rise.
making pizza dough is about as fun as watching well, the dough rise.

You don't even have to be a young, inexperienced cook to encounter problems with yeast and making bread rise. I'm 48 and I still can't get it to work. Takeout it is.
