How 'bout plain old 1900. Some of those Argyle Road houses are actually a little forward looking for the High Victorian era. One or two are follies, and quite a few more are clearly what is referred to as transitional - muddling Victorian design with Craftsmen details.

#29: Argyle Road between Beverley and Cortelyou - Best Block for pretending it's the 1870s. Fact is, none of these houses were built until 1901.
