The good old days indeed....I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it as much had I been a food writer back in the '80's, but crummy nasty Park Slope is the height of nostalgia for me!
Chip Shop is tasty but pretty stand alone...I wouldn't want to crawl anywhere but back to bed after eating an order of fish and chips and a deep fried Mars bar.

Really good too. Definitely a best restaurant of 2012, but they just didn't crack it for me on a breakdown of super-memorable bites.
