      <![CDATA[If I recall correctly, the reboot-sequel to Friday the 13th '09 was, at some point, slated to open on this past Friday, but I think that project has been killed off for now (OR HAS IT?!). It's sort of interesting to me how they've been able to wring money out of these Bay-produced eighties horror redos (Freddy, Jason, Chainsaw), but none of them have turned into the revitalized franchises Bay's acountants were obviously hoping for: one Chainsaw prequel and no current plans to sequelize the other two.
