Cranberry juice/pills are good ways to prevent the contraction of UTIs, but once you actually have a UTI, you need antibiotics pills to get rid of them.

Cranberry juice/pills will not get rid of a UTI on their own.

If it hurts to pee, call a doctor, tell them your symptoms, and they can do a urine test to see whether or not you have a UTI, and they can advise you from there.

For the love of your overall health, use cranberry pills and/or straight shots of pure cranberry juice immediately... for a couple of days, while ALSO seriously cutting out sugar and carbs from your diet for those couple of days.

Keeping your intestinal acids high and sugars low is the key to ditching UTIs naturally, without pumping antibiotics into your body.

(Emergen-C cranberry packet drinks work too if you can't get pure juice.
