      <![CDATA[A-S, or any container operation should be relocated to Sunset Park where there is deeper water, active rail, buildings that can handle todays trucks, a workforce, public transportation, a robust industrial base and no residential zoning in sight. Dont discount the developers either.

      <![CDATA[American Stevedoring would have been a viable business if the PA hadn't destroyed them on purpose by refusing to give them a stable lease for the last ten years. Instead of good, stable, viable blue-collar jobs and less truck traffic on our bridges we get more lux condos.
