<![CDATA[oh man i read that one back in the 70's, twice, it was something that was like the opposite of the music i was so hooked on at the time, and ironically, proceeds from this book and the more famous Kesey novel were used to send the Merry Pranksters on the road to infamy. I have not seen the movie, but am happy to see it re-released, a must see for me , a must read for anyone interested in a seriously strong cup of literature
