Is it (a) they're too stupid to pay attention to their surroundings, (b) they refuse to take responsibility for their own safety and place the onus on everyone else or (c) all of the above?

      <![CDATA[You really don't need a bike lane if traffic volume is low you can remove two lanes for it. The solution to the bike lane on Greenpoint Ave. is to remove the existing bike lane.
