The Ailey company returns to BAM with two rotating rep programs, including recent and classic choreography, and featuring the first performance in 35 years of Ailey’s own Mary Lou’s Mass, a ballet inspired by the music of jazz legend Mary Lou Williams, whose centennial celebration takes place this year.
