Sol LeWitt (1928-2007) was not only a crucial figure in the development of post-war aesthetics, particularly Minimalism and Conceptualism, but also an incredibly generous participant in the artistic community. Throughout his career he traded artworks with famous and unknown contemporaries, keeping every work he received and cataloguing those he mailed. Here, respondents to an open call contribute works inspired by LeWitt and his formidable legacy.
