The Off-Off Broadway institution's fourth annual rapid-fire festival of one-night shows returns for a fourth session characterized by shifts in time: like temporarily revived 80s public access talent show Stairway to Stardom (October 29); Atomic Age exploration Nuclear Love Affair (November 4), led by Elvis, Charlie Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe; and the Bushwick-set, video game-tinged Peter Pan musical Darling (November 5).
