Alec Koone, whose pretty, ghostly Balam Acab compositions have been facelessly ambiguous until now, glides into town on his very first string of shows. With a live vocalist in tow, those spare, echoed records might get a welcome charisma infusion. For those who’d like their bet hedged, dark and catchy, Torontonian dance band TRUST is very slick and solid. Recent Washington, D.C. transplants True Womanhood round out the bill, providing just a touch of (relative) aggression.
