It may not be the trendiest show you'll see all summer, given a lot of the popular blogs' general oversight of Ben Kweller and Blitzen Trapper, but it might be one of the best, that's the dirty little secret. Kweller tends to dip into all portions of his more than 15-year-long career, playing up the grungy guitars when you want him to, settling into his Texan drawl at all the right places, regaling you with stories of living in Brooklyn along the way; Blitzen Trapper's countrified rock should set the tone perfectly.
