After canceling a show last week due to illness, Bjork resumes her residency with another intimate staging of her underrated Biophilia album, utilizing the jaw-dropping made-up instruments she recorded it with: 10-foot pendulum harps! A MIDI-controlled pipe organ celeste refitted with bronze gamelan bars?! Twin musical Tesla coils! Also: a 24-piece Icelandic women's choir and all sorts of cosmic app visuals manipulated live onstage. Performed in the round in a 60s World Fair concert hall. So, a step beyond your average night at Terminal 5, say.
