Brooklyn Underground Film Festival

April 19-23

The fourth annual Brooklyn Underground Film Festival rolls into town this spring, with some exciting new films on its roster. The Festival was founded in 2002 by a small group of enthusiastic filmmakers and artists who continue to create a venue where filmmakers, artists, industry professionals and audiences can discuss and explore cinema in a new way. The Festival will be held at the Brooklyn Lyceum in Park Slope (227 Fourth Ave. at Union Street) and will run from April 19-23. There will be an on-site viual art exhibition as well as a musical showcase at NorthSix in Williamsburg, April 22. Tickets are $8 per screening. You can buy them through the Brooklyn Underground’s website brooklynunderground.org starting April 3 and at the Brooklyn Lyceum during the festival.
