We're a little embarrassed to admit it, but Busdriver first came to our attention when he started popping up on tracks with The Unicorns' offshoot band Th' Corn Gangg (there was also a collab with Deerhoof and Modeselektor along the way, which definitely didn’t hurt). What followed was the realization that, as a solo artist, he was slyly crafting some of the most clever, tongue-tied raps we heard in some time. It’s a feat he's continued on his latest album, the dizzying Beaus$Eros.
