Singer-songwriter Chris Garneau hasn't taken a lot of gruff over the years for his admittedly precious, shockingly high-pitched cooing about being sad or lonely or whatever, but frankly, none of that stuff bothers us because we're too busy obsessing over his perfect, aching melodies. We've long been on board with the Lisps' vaudevillian indie-pop as well, and even more so now that they've made an honest-to-goodness concept album.
