The second installment of one of Brooklyn's most promising performance festivals takes self-serious contemporary dance down a notch, applies some vaudevillian makeup and marches it back onstage walking on its hands. It's not all clowning—though there are several red noses among the 20+ participants—as the roster includes stunt-based physical comedy and a good deal of narrative dance comedies.
