Just because the Spider-Man musical got off to a rough start doesn't mean stage adaptations of comic books are all bad, proof of which can be found in this first-annual fest at the Brick. Among the highlights, the sexy dystopian sci-fi musical throwback Galactic Girl in: Attack of the Starbarians and an ensemble comedy based on the much-loved indie comic Action Philosophers!.
