Join Chef Dale Talde as he discusses the many ways that food, like art, creates connections between cultures – highlighting the museum’s long-term installation Connecting Cultures. Inspired by the exhibit, Dale will be drawing comparisons between the art and several menu favorites at TALDE like yuzu guacamole, perilla leaf, and roasted branzino.
