Conor Oberst, Ian Felice

Wed., Nov. 21, 7 p.m. 2012; SOLD OUT

Over the last 12 years, we’ve seen Oberst as a nervous wreck perched on a barstool, as a spoiled rock-star type storming off stage (an Irish website recounts a 2002 show in Belfast, in which he spit on the crowd first), as a seasoned showman leading a band up to 15 people, and never shying from the big stuff: love, death, authenticity, war and religion with head-on conviction. In some ways, tonight is the culmination of it all.
