A return engagement for one of the big hits of the Brick’s Fight Fest back in December, Craven Monkey and the Mountain of Fury is part monster movie and part Planet of the Apes, with wardrobes that were probably inspired by equal parts Rocky Horror, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and maybe also Mozart’s "Magic Flute." The epic Darwinian battle at its center involves a forward-thinking primate taking on his family and Mother Nature in order to evolve — so kind of like a prehistoric X-Men, we guess.
