One of the best among the constantly multiplying performance festivals launched to coincide with the Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP) conference in mid-January, Culturemart provides resident artists at HERE a platform to show works in progress. Don't miss Laura Peterson's Wooden, a choreographed quartet on moss and trees, and Betty Shamieh's The Strangest, an imagined history of the nameless Arab killed by the protagonist in Albert Camus's The Stranger.
