With his bandmate off touring to support a solo project, Patrick Carney, the drummer for the Black Keys, wanted to kill some time. And so he gathered together some of his drummer buddies in his home state of Ohio and made a classic-sounding, feel-good record appropriately called Feel Good Together. Leaving the bluesy stuff to his bread-and-butter band, Drummer is all about unfussy rock 'n' roll for regular people who like going to high school football games and getting drunk on Thanksgiving.
