It warms our heart to see no parenthetical notes on Webster Hall’s website alerting viewers of Josh Tillman’s former association with Fleet Foxes. With his 2012 LP Fear Fun sitting comfortably in the runner-up spot on this very magazine’s top records of the year list, we’re big believers that his storytelling, aching melody and sly sense of humor is more than enough to earn him accolades, not to mention a headlining show at cushy Webster Hall.
