PS1, which just slimmed down its name as part of its tenth anniversary, is again presenting its cultural locavore's response to the Whitney Biennial, a quintennial survey of New York-based artists worth knowing. Smaller than in previous years at 68 participants, it will still be a crazy and exhausting (but absolutely worthwhile) show.
