Pedro Espada
Where to start? Is it the way he shut down the state government this summer? The government job he created for his son at $120,000 year? That he only recently moved to his district, after the Bronx D.A. began an investigation? That he never files campaign finance forms? And doesn't pay the subsequent fines? And so forth? Even by Albany standards, Espada is one corrupt and awful SOB.
