Cinders co-founder Kelie Bowman and Jessie Rose Vala, collectively known as Light Hits, collaborated on the epic short film that forms this show's centerpiece and combines stop-motion, shadow puppetry, live action, masked dancers in the streets, and a cow-headed Wall Street broker. Costumes from the film will be mounted on life-sized sculptures in the gallery, making this a Williamsburg version of the Met's McQueen exhibition, basically.
