Lead writer on SpongeBob SquarePants Steven Banks takes a twisted crack at a quintessential holiday habit: gazing at the department store window displays. Here, though, a struggling writer and unemployed actress meet outside the glowing Fifth Avenue dioramas and each successive display comes to life. But between an adulterous Mrs. Claus and drug-addicted reindeer, this isn’t your traditional yuletide Christmas tale.
