Duluth, Minnesota’s Low are celebrating 20 years as a slow, beautiful and not too subliminally rocking band. This latest concert in the Wordless Music series is sort of a double celebration, also tied to the release of their new Sub Pop record, The Invisible Way, which was produced by Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy. As is the Wordless mission, they'll be joined by the longstanding, wildly credible ACME String Quartet. The promised songs in which ACME actually play with the band will likely be too lush and heartbreaking to even deal with. (Oh, man, how about “Like a Forest” from Things We Lost in the Fire? Is this a request-type situation?)
