The Clinton Hill-based painter and collagist creates surreal, vaguely post-apocalyptic landscapes in which mysterious, ominous architectures occupy vast wastelands. The palette is dominated by grays, greens and browns, while textures range from smooth collage elements to worn and distressed areas of paint. The sweeping vistas are quite haunting, beautiful in that industrial ruin way.
