They'rrrrrre back. Jelly's beloved pool parties return despite McCarren Park Pool becoming an actual swimming pool, yada, yada, yada. The lineup this year is stellar, the Williamsburg Waterfront actually has an aquatic component, there will be dodgeball and kiddie pools, and Ponytail still puts on one of the craziest, life-affirming shows around. Life's not all that bad.
