There was a time when Momofuku Ssäm Bar served only Ssäm, Korean burritos, until 10:30 p.m. when it would break out a full menu, but now the restaurant offers a meat-heavy full menu from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. The house Ssäm is still great, but Pork Belly Buns and Grilled Rice Cakes are items that will not disappoint.
