Whatever problems we have with alt-country mainstays Old 97s seem to resolve themselves whenever we turn on Too Far to Care, which did to country what Shane McGowan did to Irish folk music. Much to our delight, Rhett Miller and company will be playing TFTC in its entirety as part of a tour to celebrate the album’s 15th birthday, and we’ll be there with bells (and boots) on
