Julianne Nicholson (recently of This at Playwrights Horizons and Brief Interviews With Hideous Men) and James Waterston star in the world premiere of a new two-act by Bathsheba Doran about a quarrelling couple before and after a visit to parent-teacher night at their kid's school. A problem to do with racy, banned books being passed around in English class precipitates a years-in-the-making argument over those trademark tensions of modern marriage, namely having one person (in this case, the wife) be bread-winner, homemaker, spouse and parent all at once.
