We're not sure what other Mothers Day events are out there, but this is surely one of the sweetest. Patti Smith may be the godmother of punk, but she's also the mother of Jesse Paris Smith, who will be performing as part of a mother-daughter acoustic showcase. Suzzy Roche (of The Roches) will also be playing with her daughter, Lucy Wainwright Roche. If that isn't enough to make you go, "dawww," there is probably something very fundamentally wrong with you. No offense, just saying.
