Frankly, this is one of those events that you sort of can't believe even exists: an annual two-night quest "to get drunk and celebrate the songs of Tom Petty" (who is very much alive, mind you), featuring performances and/or appearances by everyone from Norah Jones to Will Forte. Also Har Mar Superstar and one of the dudes in Guster? Sure, ok.
