This Barcelona-based collective of artists, led by choreographer Julia Koch and director Daniel Zippi, makes its U.S. debut with La Travesía. In an intimate theater setting, the audience surrounds performers who create dance theater episodes from passing moments at an urban intersection. Movements ranging from contemporary dance and international folk traditions to club dancing are set to an original, eclectic score based on ambient recordings taken from the streets of Barcelona.
