Racking up Odd Future comparisons in the press can either intrigue or disgust you, depending on your horror-core reflexes, but this four-man Harlem-based crew, also with ties to XL Recordings, seems to be focused more on delivering off-the-wall beats with angsty punk energy than simply becoming smart-asses who aren't actually as smart as they think they are. The big difference is you find yourself rooting for them.
