The real selling point here is the opportunity to see a show tucked away in one of the city's unassuming (two-faced) gems. In this case, it just happens to be a multi-roomed, grandly decorated Chinese restaurant in Queens by day; DIY venue and bar by night. The fact that the bands in question are hometown heroes Real Estate, Black Dice and The Babies, well, that's just icing on the cake (fortune cookie?).
