While not the rarest of shows in these parts, revisiting Real Estate’s debut album is a reminder that few bands are better suited for an August evening. “Green River” is as tranquil as its namesake, “Fake Blues” pines like a summer camp romance, “Pool Swimmers” is light as air. When Martin Courtney and the boys take the stage, we know what’s going to happen by now: not a lot of hilarious stage banter, no costumes or elaborate sets, no theatrics. But strong and steady wins the race. The Olympics taught us that.
