The Brooklyn-based dance company returns to North Williamsburg for its third annual February Project, this one with choreography by founder Emma Cotter and wearable art by Ryan Roth. To give you an idea: This time last year they presented an abstract three-dancer piece to a score of improvised percussion with one performer donning a costume collaged from cut-out heads.
