While a heap of the city's venues await the return of electricity, the corner of S 2nd Street and Kent Avenue in Williamsburg is holding down the fort, keeping things nice and loud with a steady string of shows at 285 Kent, Glasslands and Death by Audio. Tonight at the latter, Baltimore band Roomrunner, whose noise-rock slyly maneuvers between metal and grunge, will function as a life-affirming force.
