The always on-point Pearl Theatre Company premieres Mike Poulton's new adaptation of what many consider to be Ibsen's masterwork, written in 1886, a politically charged drama about the widower Rosmer and his potential (though perpetually denied) new flame Rebecca, his support of the local reformist party, and guilt over his wife's suicide.
