We’re more than obsessed with the San Francisco music scene, so we’ll pay good money to see any halfway-decent Bay Area band that comes to visit. This is especially true of Sic Alps, a noise-pop group that finds themselves on best-of lists every time they release so much as a single. Since they’re playing with Spectre Folk—featuring none other than formerly-of-Sonic-Youth drummer Steve Shelley—we can’t think of a single reason not to go.
