To counteract the ubiquity of Pho, Silent(h) excludes it from its brief menu to focus on other Vietnamese dishes. The appetizers run on the bland side with the exception of a bruschetta-like toast topped with mung beans, and taro with a choice of shrimp or mushrooms. Other worthwhile items include the Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese crepe stuffed with pork belly and shrimp as well as caramelized black-peppercorn pork chop.
