On the cover of SPIN, playing SNL, headlining a sold-out Terminal 5 show; Sleigh Bells' rocket ship to success was very fast and really loud. (Really loud. Like, not sure our stereo is ok.) Live, Derek Miller's hyper-physical riffs and Alexis Krauss' coquette charisma are sure to hurt the Midtown venue's inhabitants. In a fun way. Intriguing added value to this ticket comes from Jennifer Herrema's new band Black Bananas. Her old band, Royal Trux, isn't the first comparison Sleigh Bells bring to mind, but it does makes a weird bit of sense.
