This domestic drama is only loosely based on Ibsen's Lady From the Sea, but if we hadn't told you, you'd probably never have guessed. That's because instead of being set in a lighthouse on a Norwegian fjord it takes place in the Cape Cod home of a wealthy psychiatrist whom Leda, a one-time Downtown art-rock star, has married. Going a little crazy on the Cape, dealing with the death of her infant, and confronted by someone from her past, Leda struggles to keep her once relaxing life together.
