Following its psychedelic staging of Wassily Kandinsky’s rarely-produced play The Yellow Sound in its first week, TMT continues its rep residency in Williamsburg with The Magic Flute (A Sound-Op Era), a madcap Pop parade take on the Mozart opera featuring ukuleles, dictaphones and theremins; and Clyde Fitch’s late-19th-century drama, The Moth and the Flame, about struggling New Yorkers adapting to ever-more hectic lives in the accelerating city — an evergreen topic if there ever was one.
