Whether you’re braving the weekend brunch wait or snagging a seat more easily on a weekday, the country ham biscuit is worth your trouble. The ham is imported from Princeton, Kentucky and served on a biscuit with house-made fig jam, Grafton cheddar and a side of grits. Served Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 6pm, $9.
